Kyle Matthew German, 22, of 216 New Dunham Bridge Road, died Thursday, December 14, 2006 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born in Greenville, he was the son of Ronald S. German of Greenville and Lorena Vigil Brock of Piedmont. Kyle was a loving father and his son was the highlight of his life. He was very devoted to his fiancé, brother and sister. A good provider, he enjoyed building and creating things with his hands and enjoyed the outdoors. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his fiancé, Amy Brock; a son, Lawson Andrew German of the home; an unborn child due in the spring of 2007; a brother, Jeremy German of Greenville; a sister, Ashley Barber of Piedmont; maternal grandparents, Joe and Kay Brock of Greenville; paternal grandfather, Edmund German of Greenville; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Caroline German. Memorials may be made for the future education of his children to the Kyle German Memorial Scholarship Fund, attn: Diane McCoy c/o Cryovac Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 338, Simpsonville, SC 29681. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 16, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 17, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Life Church, Piedmont. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, West. The family will be at the home of his mother, 36 Ray Road, Piedmont.
