Kyle Warren Womack, 20, of 211 R. Pinecroft Drive, died July 1, 2004 at Rowan Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. Born in Texarkana, TX, he was the son of Gary Laray Womack and Terri Ross Anthony. Surviving are his mother and her husband, Terri and Kenneth Anthony, his father, Gary Laray Womack; one sister, Gretchen Whitaker of Salisbury, NC; grandparents, Joe and Barbara Ross of Paris, TX, Tom and Genie Cudd of Perryton, TX, Parker and Margaret Anthony of Greenville, and Lucille Womack of Texarkana, TX. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dustin Womack. Memorials may be made to Phoenix Center Adolescent Center, P.O. Box 1948, Greenville, SC 29602. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel, with visitation prior to the service, from 4:00 until 4:50 p.m. The family is at the residence.
