Lillian “Mickey” Armenia Long Walker Moore

September 14, 1917 - July 31, 2006
Lillian ?Mickey? Armenia Long Walker Moore, 88, died Monday, July 31, 2006 at Oakmont West Living Center, with her daughter and sister by her side. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late J.B. and Gussie Mae Walker Long. Mrs. Moore was a retired sales manager with Lohman?s and was a member of Dunean United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Jenny Cox Sunday School class. Surviving are a daughter, Sandra W. Keeler and her husband Dan of Greenville; two grandchildren, Dana K. Christopher and her husband Kevin and Michael Keeler and his wife Lisa; three great grandchildren, Lindsey Christopher, Regan Christopher, and Maxim Keeler; a sister, Opal Sheetinger of Danville, IL. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Horace Walker, her second husband, Calvin Moore, and two brothers, Bruce and Tony Long. Memorials may be made to Dunean United Methodist Church, 31 Stevens Street, Greenville, SC 29605 or to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 12:00 noon at Dunean United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
