Lois Brown McCall

Lois Brown McCall, 87, widow of Sylvester McCall, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Oakmont East Living Center. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Piney and Nannie Brown. Mrs. McCall was retired from Judson Mill and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Mauldin and the Mamie Baldwin Sunday School class. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Kaye Tollison of Mauldin, Walter and Regina Tollison of Easley; six grandchildren, William Brown, Pam Cannon, Matthew, Randy, Jonathan, and Jason Tollison; six great grandchildren, Chase and Chance Brown, Kelley and Grace Tollison, and Bradley and Marlee Cannon; two sisters, Erlene Jernigan of Shreveport, LA., Letha Neeley of Greenville; and a sister-in-law, Trellys Brown. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tillman Tollison; and a brother, Vernon Brown. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2006 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 15, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, Mauldin. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
