Lynn Amelia Tremblay Mosley

February 20, 1957 - May 23, 2008
Lynn Amelia Tremblay Mosley, 51, died Friday, May 23, 2008 at McCall Hospice House, after a long illness. Born in Rock Hill, she was the beloved daughter of LaVerne Thorn Tremblay and the late Roy Adolph Tremblay and widow of Bob Tillman Mosley. Mrs. Mosley attended Limestone College, after which she worked with handicapped children at Washington Center and in Adult Daycare in Spartanburg. She was a member of the South Carolina Mental Retardation Board and also taught in the ARC Centers in Gaffney and Greenville. Lynn was also a member of the Blue Ridge Amateur Arts Review. Prior to her retirement, she was After-school Program Director at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic School for 18 years. She was also a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to her mother are two brothers, Patrick Joseph and Lee Edward Tremblay and one nephew, Morgan Lee Tremblay. Lynn's gentle nature endeared her to all who knew her, especially children. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. Recitation of the Rosary will be held prior to the Mass at 9:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Frederick Memorial Gardens in Gaffney.
