Margurite Ideline Cobb

Margurite Ideline Lyles Cobb, 88, of 108 Piney Mountain Road, died Saturday, March 24, 2007. Born in Lee County, SC, Ms. Cobb was the daughter of the late W.R. and Wilma Lucille Brown Lyles. She was retired from J.M. Fields and was a member of Paris Church of God. Ms. Cobb is survived by two sisters, Dotsy Lollis and her husband, Henry of Piedmont, and Thelma Burns of Laurens; a brother, Elbert Lyles of Spartanburg; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2007 in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown, with visitation from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Mt. Elam Baptist Church Cemetery, Bishopville. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 15 Oregon Street, Greenville, SC 29605. The family will be at the home of Dotsy Lollis, 610 Guest St., Piedmont.
