Marilyn Ann Cassell, 64, of 902 Talley Bridge Road, died on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at her residence. Born in Travelers Rest, she was a daughter of the late Alonzo and Hattie Sloan Barrett. Mrs. Cassell was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church of Travelers Rest. Surviving are her husband, Thomas A. Cassell, of the home; three daughters, Tondra Young of Greenville, Lisa Tinsley and Angela Garland both of Marietta; a son, Greg McKinney, of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Sylvia Gosnell, of Greenville; a brother, Robert Barrett, of Mauldin; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Monday at Grand View Memorial Gardens at 1:30 pm with visitation from 11:30 am ? 1:00 pm prior to the service at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The family is at the residence.
