I sang with Sam in the Goodnewsmen Quartet back in the .90’s as we traveled the East singing our beloved Southern Gospel Music. Sam was our Bass singer. My favorite song that Sam sang was “The Ground is level at Calvary”. Sam was a good friend!!

So very sad to hear of my Cousin Sam’s passing. Although I have not seen him in many years I do remember him as a very happy fellow and fun to be around when we were very young living in Travelers Rest. My condolences to his family.
