Martha Ann Moon

Martha Ann Moon, 73, beloved wife of 53 years to John Moon, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022.

Born in Woodruff, SC, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie Stewart.

Mrs. Moon was an outdoors person who loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed working out in her yard, with a special liking to cutting grass. Though Martha was known to be a strong spitfire, she was also very loving and raised many children as her own.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by sons, John David Moon (Jaclyn), and Donald Lee Moon; a precious grandbaby on the way; brother, Carroll Stewart; and Aaron King, and Hunter, and Colton Jernigan whom she loved as her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by seven siblings.

A graveside service will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery West.
