Mary Lida Kettelson

Mary Lida Conner Kettelson, 93, wife of the late Jerome Kettelson, died Sunday, June 5, 2022.

Born in Newtown, KY, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Edna Naomi Clifford Conner.

Mrs. Kettelson was a member of First Baptist Simpsonville. Her greatest joys in life were her family and helping her tutoring students over the years.

She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Sidell and husband, Jerry, and Pam Wall and husband, Buck; son-in-law, Bob Woods; six grandchildren, Karen Alonso (Pergentino), Michael Woods (Bridget), Sarah Goodnough (Josh), Matt Sidell (Liz), Conner Wall, and Adam Wall; and five great-grandchildren, Leah Goodnough, Brady Alonso, Kate Alonso, Kody Sidell, and Wren Sidell.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death two brothers, J.T. Conner and Billy Conner; and just last week, by her daughter, Susan Woods.

A private graveside service will be held in Graceland East Memorial Park.
