Mary Sue Hensley, 90, beloved wife of the late Arthur Hensley, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Born in Leicester, NC, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel and Margaret Campbell Brookshire.

Sue was a member of Lyman Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Karon Haugh and husband, Jack, Sharon Shelton and husband, Richard, and Gail Greene; grandson, Austin Greene; and her sister, Earlene King and husband, William.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant Baptist Church, 200 Evangel Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301 or to the charity of one’s choice.
