Mattie Beatrice Bagwell

Mattie Beatrice ?Bea? Huff Bagwell, 83, of 15 Catawba St., City View died Saturday at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Clinton C. and Lela J. Huff, and wife of the late Henry Lewis Bagwell. Mrs. Bagwell was a retired employee of Dunean Mill and was a hostess at Wendy?s on White Horse Rd. for the last twelve years. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a son Harold L. Bagwell and wife Shirley of Belton; a daughter, Ann B. George and her special friend, Joe Laws of Greenville; a sister, Ethel H. Scroggs of Greenville; two grandsons, Bo Bagwell and wife Angie, and Kevin Bagwell and wife Theresa, all of Belton; a granddaughter, Haley George of Greenville; and two great-grandchildren, Logan Bagwell and Katelyn Donalds. Mrs. Bagwell was predeceased by three sisters and a brother. Graveside services will be Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery, West with the Rev. Brad Bardin officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest prior to the service. The family is at their respective homes.
