I so loved Mattie Lou! She was such a gentle soul. I loved it many years ago when she and Cleatus came to visit us in the Villages. We had a wonderful time. Although she nor I were athletes, we joined our men on the golf course and had a lot of laughs and I might add a lot of instructions. Mattie was related to me on my Dad's side and Cleatus was related to me on my Mother's side.....so they were a double blessing.

Mattie Lou and the kids were the first friends and neighbors that we made when we moved to Greenville. There was three of us kids and Mattie had 4 at the time. Kelly came along later, we were all about the same age and became life long friends/family. Mattie was like a second mother to us as she watched us during the day while mom worked. I am sure we caused her to want to pull her hair out with our shenanigans, but she took really good care of all of us. Bless you all, Keith, Karen Kim and Kelly, Love you all
