Maudie Elizabeth Pitman

Maudie Elizabeth Walden Pitman, 84, of 4 Judson Road, died Monday, August 15, 2005. Born in Dahlonega, GA, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Elizabeth Sullens Walden and wife of the late William E. Pitman. Mrs. Pitman was a member of Gordon Street Assembly of God and the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Joseph R. Senick, of Greenville, her caregivers for the last eight years; several nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law. She is predeceased by three sisters and four brothers. Services will be held on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with visitation from 1:15 ? 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence following the service.
