Mur, I am so very blessed to have had 50 yrs with you by my side, showing me deep, unconditional love & unwavering support through good times & bad. The good times were out of this world, & the hardships made so much more bearable because you were always there with me. Yes, we were sisters, family, but that doesn't guarantee unconditional love. You were the real deal, God's selfless servant, heaven on earth. I thank God for your overwhelming, enriching love that you gave each day, & the positivity that you always exuded. You were the rarest of gems. I promise to see you in each sunset, & may our souls meet again one day! Goodbye for now Mur, may you now rest in peace. Luvs luvs, Stevie xoxo

Not everyone can say they met one of their closest friends in a college dorm restroom. That’s how magnetic Mo’s personality was. She left an everlasting impression even if you only met her once. Mo was a humble and selfless listener with one of a kind dance moves. She had the natural gift of lifting your spirits. Mo’s beautiful letters, texts, and artsy care packages gushed with love made evident in the amount of tape she used on her packages. The sharpest knife was always required. I will always remain grateful for Mo. Her friendship made me a better person. I’m going to miss her immensely, but I know it’s time to say, “Dance my angel Mojo, dance.” Love, Stace

Bob, Paul, Steph, Cathy, Theresa, Mr. and Mrs. Goeddeke, my deepest and sincerest condolences, prayers and love are with you. Mo was the brightest ray of sunshine I've ever known, such a treasured friend for so many years. We met as freshman on the cross country team, were instant friends, and remained close all these years. She was always positive, inspiring and so bubbly and fun. In spite of her struggles, Mo was courageous, hopeful, and ever-faithful...an angel in our midst. Her memory will always be with me. I pray for your healing and peace in knowing she's with our Lord.

I just found out about my dear friend and Puma classmate.❤️? While we remained in contact up until last June, this is EXTREMELY painful news. I feel like I want to read every single email from the past several years. But that won't bring her back... and she needs her rest. May God bless and keep your family, "Moses." Love you!

I was shocked to read this today. I last saw Mo at one of her Huntsville High School Class Reunions. I was her cross country coach at the school and she was a vital part of our 1988 State Championship team. She was such a sweet girl and a great competitor. (One of the "Killer Bees.")

Think back to 2005. Dave and I were visiting my brother Robert and his family. We took walks, we played on floor with Paul, we swam in the community pool. Robert needed to work one of the days, so Mo suggested a day trip to The Biltmore gardens. It was glorious weather, the gardens were beautiful, Paul was so well behaved and Mo was the perfect host. We laughed, we talked, we snapped pictures and even are at the Stable Cafe. Thank you Mo for smiling from beginning to end.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
