Maureen “Mo” Dilly, 50, was lifted up into God’s arms on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
Mo was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
Mo was loving, kind, caring, steadfast, true, pure, beautiful, pretty, peaceful, real, awesome, determined, selfless, protective, supportive, relentless, comforting, safe, feeling, perceptive, thoughtful, courageous, fun-sized, talented, gentle, good, inspiring, wondrous, and forever grateful. She poured all her love and goodness into everyone she met and everything she did – especially when she was struggling. She remembered everything, listened and comforted, and always knew what to say and do to make you feel special. She lifted everyone up with love, prayers, and a beautiful smile. She was so talented and always gave her all in whatever she did and always did it right. She was a fighter and a warrior-she always kept moving and fought to the end. She was an amazing cook that filled us up with delicious food and warmth and goodness. Most of all, she was the best mommy ever and was loved so much.
Her love and awesomeness lives on through her sons, Paul and Justin; husband, Bob; parents, Vince and Joan; grandson, Kylo; sisters, Cathy, Theresa, and Steph and their loving spouses; as well as her in-laws, nephews, and nieces. She was preceded in death by her beautiful son, Gabriel.
The memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday September 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
