Mildred Aiken Southerlin, 88, of 1903 Old Easley Bridge Road, died on Tuesday, November 14, 2006. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late William Pinkney Aiken and Olive Mae Snipes Aiken and wife of the late B.B. Southerlin. Mrs. Southerlin retired from Fair Lady Beauty Shop where she was the owner and operator for eighteen years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Greenville 1st Ward, where she was an organist for seventy-four years. Surviving are two daughters, Anne Taylor Smith of Greenville, and Joan Albaugh Windham of Alpharetta, GA; a son, James Myron Taylor, of Duchesne, Utah; a sister, Carolyn Aiken Andrus, of Boise, Idaho; a brother, William Douglas Aiken, of Greenville; thirteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her first husband, James LaDell Taylor; and her second husband, Clyde Albert Albaugh. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00 ? 9:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family is at the Smith residence, 7 Rangeview Circle.
