I had the pleasure of taking care of Nancy for the last year and half. She was that one resident that everyone could talk to. She would pat the bed and say "have a seat for a minute".She always had a smile on her face that would light up the room. She would make your day better with that smile. Nancy will be miss dearly. She was loved by so many staff members.
