Nannie Fay Luther

Nannie Fay Gambrell Luther, 85, formerly of 183 Lightening Lane, died on Tuesday, August 23, 2005. Born in Abbeville Co., she was a daughter of the late Marshall and Ethel Merritt Gambrell and wife of the late Glenn P. Luther. Surviving are a son, Robert Luther and his wife Brenda, of Travelers Rest; two brothers, Horace and Jewell Gambrell; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Luther is predeceased by two daughters, Mary Frances Luther and Lucille Kelly; a son, Grady Luther; two sisters and three brothers. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:30 ? 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Friday at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Eastview Cemetery in Honea Path. The family is at the residence.
