Norma Patricia Geissler, beloved wife of Dr. Felix Geissler of Greer, died on February 15, 2024, at the age of 54. Born on July 3, 1969, in Washington D.C, she was a daughter of the late Captain James Francis Corso and Dora Cida (Diaz) Corso.
Norma excelled in her field as a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Norma was a passionate volunteer with the International Ballet of Greenville, where she not only contributed her time but also graced the stage in their annual holiday performance of “The Nutcracker”.
Norma’s commitment to her family was unwavering, supporting her children’s interests and encouraging them to pursue happiness. Her genuine kindness and warm spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Despite the challenges of life’s journey, Norma remained resilient and adaptable, making the Upstate region of South Carolina her cherished home.
In addition to her husband, Norma leaves her children, Maximilian and Isabella; a brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Mia Corso; two nieces, Eva Corso and Juliana Corso; two nephews, Caleb and Kaden Corso. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her family.
She was predeceased by her sister, Anne Marie Corso.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown.
