Orene Whitfield Randall

Orene Whitfield Randall, 91, of 119 Mary Street, died Sunday, June 22, 2008. Born June 6, 1917 in Franklin County, GA, she was a daughter of John Elbert Whitfield and Lula Francis Martin Whitfield and wife of fifty-five years of the late William Edwin Randall. She was a homemaker and a charter member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and a faithful member of the Auditorium Sunday School Class. Surviving are two sons, Jim Ray Randall and wife Joanne, and Don Edwin Randall and wife Debbie; a daughter, Beverly Dorsey and husband Junior, of Greer; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Randall. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Elbert Randall. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 10:30 am at Tabernacle Baptist Church where Mrs. Randall will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. Pallbearers will be Brian, Nathan, Eric, and Craig Randall, Randall and Chad Rainey, Teddy Green, Chris Burton and Gary Price. The family is at their respective homes.
