I am so sorry to hear of the untimely passing of Tricia. Although I have not seen her or Charlie for several years, they are both people who have been a bright spot in my life, and I count them as dear friends. When I first began working for the Clearwater Police Department in 1979, I worked with Tricia's mother, Ruth, during the time I spent in the Communications Division. Needless to say, Ruth was a sweet and fun person. I pray for a happy reunion for Tricia and her family members who have gone before her.
