Paul Manning Hardin, 91, of 7 5th Avenue Poe Mill, died Monday, January 28, 2008 at Piedmont Nursing Center after declining health. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Thardo A. Hardin and Ada Sandlin Hardin and husband of the late Daisey Lee Stokes Hardin. He was a member of Park Place Church of God. Surviving are four daughters, Elizabeth Baldwin of Georgia, Mary Beard of Florida, Shirley Burton of Greenville, and Ann Shelton of Taylors; two sons, Thomas Hardin of Easley, and Randy Hardin of Travelers Rest; a sister, Janie Lou Arms, Greenville; seventeen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sons, Truman Hardin and Paul Hardin, Jr.; and a grandson, Todd Burton, address Heaven. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 3:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with visitation from 1:30 – 2:30 pm prior to the service.
