Becca and I were neighborhood friends. What fun we all had. That’s when you stayed out until the street lights came on. We would bring our transistor radios to the corner of Ebb Pl. and Baker Dr. And dance, play games. It was so wonderful! Becca was kind enough to be my roommate when I transferred to Appalachian. Our room got rolled one time. We had a real mess.I have such wonderful memories of Becca! “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves memories no one can steal!” Love ya Becca!

When Ben was stationed at Ft. Brag I first met Becca Mason (aka Brick Mason or lovingly Brick). From that first time on, Becca was always a very special person. My friendship with her and Ben has lasted over 50 years, in close proximity and at great distances. Becca was wonderful to be around. She was smart, talented, kind and fun. She will be greatly missed. I take solace in that she is at peace and my fervent hope is that Ben and family will find comfort in that knowledge. Robin Watson

I taught for several years beside Becca at Greenbrier Elem.; we actually shared a classroom with a temporary divider. My class of second graders on one side and Becca’s fifth grade on the other. I will remember her smile as well as her graciousness.

I met Becca several years ago. We discovered we had the same birthdate and our first daughter’s names were Kelly. Becca was a special and beautiful lady. She will be missed by all who knew her. Jo Lynne Pearce
