Rev. Robert Lewis Frady, Sr

April 30, 1940 - May 10, 2008
The Reverend Robert Lewis Frady, Sr., 68, husband of the late Annie Norris Frady, went home to be with his Lord Saturday, May 10, 2008. Born in Macon, GA he was the son of the late Robert and Louise Cape Frady. Mr. Frady was a carpenter, minister, graduate of Tabernacle Bible College, church planter and worked with the Tabernacle Children's Home. Surviving are his two daughters, Deloris Marie Forester of Keysville, VA, Tracy Louise Knight of Greenville; two sons, Ronnie Leon Frady of Marietta, Robert Lewis Frady, Jr. of Travelers Rest; three brothers, Johnny Frady of East Bend, NC, James Frady of Kings Mountain, NC, Donald Frady of Winston Salem, NC; two sisters, Lucille King of Greenville, Carrie Lee Craig of Richmond, VA; fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Robin Renee Holifield. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 13, 2008 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 12:00 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabernacle Children's Home, 3931 White Horse Road
