With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Richard “Todd” Robertson. He passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022, after a brief illness, with his family by his side.

Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Jay Dickson “Dick” Robertson and Nikki Robertson.

Todd was a Clemson University graduate. Like his dad, he enjoyed all sports, but especially watching Clemson University football and New York Yankees baseball. He was a grill master and loved coming up with new recipes for his family and friends to try. Todd was a true friend with a fabulous sense of humor. He loved his family and was an amazing uncle. Todd never met a stranger and had a kind word for everyone. He will be truly loved and missed by the friends and family he left behind, but he will never be forgotten.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Heather Parrott (Mark), and nephew, William “Liam” Robertson Parrott.

A funeral service will be held Monday, September 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Remembrance Chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Park.

First I want to tell y’all how sorry I am for the loss of A very kind and friendly honest guy. I met Todd years ago in Augusta and we hit it off on the get go. His smile was contagious. So incredibly saddened by the news of Todd’s passing. I had the honor of working with him over the years as regionals with Bonefish Grill but also getting to know Todd personally and even be blessed to call him a friend. Todd was smart, fun, honest, genuine and the nicest guy you could ever meet. He will be terribly missed but I consider myself lucky to have known him. Love you brother, and my deepest condolences to friends and family, the world will certainly never be the same with out him.

Todd was a great coworker and friend. He was always so fun to be around and made you feel like his best friend. I was always smiling when he was around. He will be dearly missed.

To the Robertson Family, Todd will be remembered as the kind hearted, fun loving, beautiful person he was. His Bonefish Family will miss him dearly.

It was impossible to have a bad day around Todd. He was always so funny and so happy. I will never meet another person who could spout off movie quotes like he could. He will be deeply missed.
