Rilla Kathleen Mahon

Rilla Kathleen Bowling Mahon, 79, of 23 Willis Avenue, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Central, SC, she was a daughter of the late Connie Robert and Rilla James Bowling and the widow of Fred Furman Mahon. Mrs. Mahon was retired from Stone Manufacturing and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving is a son, Freddie Mahon and wife, Denise; two grandchildren, Adrianne Burnett and Kimberly Mahon; two great grandchildren, Connor and Skylar Burnett; a brother, Leroy Bowling; a sister, Nellie Ruth Hopkins and a special niece, Irene Marsh. Visitation will be Monday, March 10, 2008, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The funeral will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at 12:00 noon at the Northwest Chapel. Burial will follow at Graceland West Cemetery. The family is at the residence.
