Robert Franklin Stephens

Robert Franklin Stephens, 74, of 101 Lora Lane, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Oakmont West Nursing Center. Born in Pickens County, he was a son of the late Roy Mack Stephens and Vera Porter Stephens. Surviving are two daughters, Bobbie Ann Woody and husband John of Oxford, GA, and Brenda Fowler and husband Billy of Greenville; a son, Mack Stephens and wife Vicki, of Mauldin; a brother, Rev. Leland Stephens, of Charlotte, NC; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a son, Dwayne Stephens. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at Dunean United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
