Ronald E. Vaughn, 59, of 285 W. Darby Road, died Saturday, June 17, 2006. A native of Greenville, Mr. Vaughn was the husband of Patsy Vaughn and the son of the late Mack J. and Gladys Foster Vaughn. He was formerly employed with Walker-Whiteside as an electrician. In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Vaughn is survived by a daughter Kim Plumley of Greenville; two sons, Ronald E. Vaughn, Jr. of Charleston, and James E. Vaughn of Atlanta, GA; his father-in-law, Claude Vaughan of Greenville; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Terry Austin Vaughn. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2006 at the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown, with visitation from 1:30 ? 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery West. Memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospice, 414-A Pettigru Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The family will be at 294 Rainey Road.
