Ronald Lewis McCarson, Jr.

Ronald “Ronnie” Lewis McCarson, Jr., 45, of Taylors, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024.

Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of Pamela Baldwin and the late Ronald McCarson, Sr.

Ronnie was known as a hard-working family man who was loved and adored by his family. He was a good friend to everyone, he never met a stranger, and would do anything for anybody. He loved his horses and caring for his animals. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him, and he will leave a hole in every heart who had the pleasure to call him friend.

Ronnie is survived by son, Dustin McCarson; wife, Michelle Holliday; sisters, Allison Moravcik and McKayla McCarson; brother, Donald Ray McCarson; niece, Kristen Wood; nephew, Hunter Wallace; many beloved nieces and nephews; parents-in-law, Carolyn Holliday and Greg Minton; and sisters-in-law, Kelly, Dana, and Bridget.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 29, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Rd, Greenville, SC 29607.
