Ronnie Eugene McKinney

Ronnie Eugene McKinney, 54, of 12601 Hwy 101 S., Gray Court, died on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Elbert County, GA, he was a son of the late Earl Haskell McKinney, Sr. and Ella Mae Raines McKinney. He was former owner and operator of McKinney Brothers Core Supply and of the Church of God faith. He was a lover of the great outdoors and loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. Surviving are his wife of seven years, Teresa Burgess McKinney; son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Bonnie McKinney of Gray Court, and their daughter, Amber Lynn; five daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia Rose and Tommy Hammond of Easley, their son, Brent Allen Roberts and a grandchild on the way; Kayla Henderson of Fayetteville, NC; Brandy Reigle of Gray Court; Heather Reigle and daughter Kaytee Burkhalter of Fountain Inn; and Brittany Reigle and daughter Madison of the home; brother, Earl Haskell McKinney, Jr. of Greenville, NC; and four sisters, Earlease Doster of Forsynth, GA, Betty Jean James of Gray Court, Myrtie Nell Byars of Mauldin, and Shirley Mae West of Simpsonville. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Edward McKinney and Harry Wayne McKinney, Sr. Visitation will be held Monday from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Word of Life Ministries Westwood Church of God, with interment following in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family is at the residence.
