Rose Novara Pack

Rose Novara Pack, 78, widow of Gene B. Pack, died Thursday, June 8, 2006. Born in St. Louis, MO., she was the daughter of the late Tony and Lucille Novara. Mrs. Pack was retired from Ernst and Young, LLP and was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church. She was happiest when playing cards with her children and grandchildren while having a glass of wine and hors d?oeuvres. Surviving are a daughter, Jeanne Pack Finan and her husband George; and their children, Candace Cox and her husband Larry, Gina Finan, Benjamin Finan, and Kristin Finan; a daughter, Jacqueline Pack-Johnson and her husband Ron, their son, Matthew Pack; a son, Patrick Pack and his daughter, Amanda Pack; three sisters, a brother, and many friends. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or St. Francis Hospice, 414-A Pettigru Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Recitation of the Rosary will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 10:00 am with visitation to follow until 11:15 am at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 12:00 noon at St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will be at their respective homes.
