Ruth Cleo Green Bradberry

Ruth Cleo Green Bradberry, 97, of 16 Wallace Street, died on Sunday, January 14, 2007. Born in Laurens County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Rosa Meeks Green and wife of the late Howard E. Bradberry. Mrs. Bradberry retired from J.P. Stevens Company Dunean Mill. She was a member of Tremont Church of God and a member of the Ladies Prayer Band, Shut-In Ministries and Benevolent Committee. She is predeceased by three sons, Gary, Charles, and Kenneth Bradberry; and one daughter, Joyce Wood Amos. Surviving are two daughters, Jewell Davis of Corpus Christi, TX and Barbara Ann Hopkins of Duncan; a son, Neal Bradberry, of Mauldin; a niece, Louise Nicholson, of Westminster; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren and thirty-one great great grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with visitation from 12 Noon ? 1:15 pm prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shut-In Ministry, Tremont Church of God, 2854 New Easley Hwy, Greenville, SC 29611. The family is at the residence.
