For the first 8 years of our ministry at Tremont, she made sure her pastor was taken care of. She protected my time, was available when I needed something taken care of, and was very loving to my family. We have such a wonderful relationship. Her work ethic for 40 years was without exception. Sarah was a special person. I had the pleasure of being her neighbor and worked with her in my business. She was my Mother's (Wilma Byrd) roommate 40 something years ago on her first trip to Israel. They had a wonderful time. I can see them rejoicing in heaven!
