Sarantos D. Matheos, 76, husband of Debra Matheos, died Friday, March 25, 2022.

Born in Greece, he was the son of the late Demetrios and Diamando Vouloukos Matheos.

Mr. Matheos was a member of the Greek Orthodox faith.

In addition to his wife, Debra Matheos, he is survived by daughters, Maureen Matheos and Sharyn Matrafailo; sister, Haido Kekos; four brothers, Jimmy, Steve, Peter and John Matheos; and four nephews, Matthew Matrafailo, Jimmy, George, and John Koutsogiannis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Vicki Koutsogiannis, and three brothers, Nick, George, and Gus Matheos.

A public visitation will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown.
