Stella Nappo Willis

Stella Nappo Willis, 92, of 406 Revis Creek Court, widow of Kenneth Willis, died Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at St. Francis, Downtown. Born in Sloatsburg, NY, she was a daughter of the late John and Rose Sorice Nappo. Mrs. Willis was retired from Lederle Labs and was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Surviving are a daughter, Eileen Morgan and a son, Kenneth J. Willis both of Simpsonville; three sisters, Jane Gabella, Mildred Zeralli and Connie Montanye and two brothers, Thomas and Joseph Nappo all of New York; five grandchildren, Kirsten Leonelli, Shawn Willis, Michael Willis, Michael Morgan and Heather Willovit; and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 28, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and the Recitation of the Rosary will be held Friday, August 29, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the downtown chapel. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will be at their respective homes.
