Traywick Sevesta Brooks, 81, of 142 Glenbrooke Way, Greenville died Friday at his residence. Born in Lockhart, he was the a son of the late Charles Robert and Clara Belle Roberts Brooks. He served his country in the US Navy in the See Bee?s in Guam and was founder and owner of Brooks Office Equipment. Mr. Brooks was a member of Airport Baptist Church and the Adult Men?s Sunday School Class. Surviving are his wife, Vickie Tyner Brooks, of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Pam Brooks of Powdersville, Chet and Avonda Brooks of Kiowa, OK, and Robert and Tonya Brooks of Easley; two step-sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Donna Tyner of Greer and Lyn and Thecla Tyner of Greenville; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandsons; one sister, Eunice Farrell of Cherryville, NC; and one brother, Howard ?Lum? Brooks of Greenville. Mr. Brooks was predeceased by his wife of 44 years, Mattie Edith Brooks. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3:00 pm at Airport Baptist Church, with visitation prior from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Airport Baptist Church, 776 S. Batesville Rd., Greer, SC 29650 or Laurens Rd. Church of God, P.O. Box 5533 Sta. B, Greenville, SC 29607.
