Tammy Louise Ballard, 46, wife of James Michael Ballard, died May 20, 2008 in Simpsonville. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Thelma Bagwell Duncan and the late Milford Hudson. Mrs. Ballard was a homemaker and member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are three daughters, Crystal Nicole Murray of Georgia, Stephanie Yvonne Bradley and her husband, Brad, of Greenville, Tammy Louise Ballard, Jr. of Greenville; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Brown of Greenville and Sandra Tucker of Williamston; and four special friends, Pat Angie, Pinky and Sharron. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mickey Lee Hudson. Memorials may be made to McCall Hospice House, 1836 W. Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the downtown chapel. Burial will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
