Thomas Bell Osborne

Thomas Bell Osborne, 85, of 200 Cole Road, died on Thursday, January 12, 2006. Born in Cornelia, GA, he was a son of the late Jeff Dillard and Julia Mae Caudell Osborne. Mr. Osborne served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the European Theatre. He retired from Abney Mill and was a member of Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife of fifty-nine years, Angela Woodward Osborne, of the home; a son, Philip H. Osborne and wife Gail, of Greenville; a grandson, Thomas Osborne and wife Catherine, of Greenville; and a sister, Hassie Hammett, of Greenwood. He was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Services will be held on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with visitation from 1:30 ? 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospice, 414 Pettigru Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The family is at the residence.
