Thomas Calvin Mosier

January 17, 1927 - November 15, 2007
Thomas Calvin Mosier, 80, of 2923 Augusta Street, widower of Pauline Cothran Mosier, died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at his residence. Born in Norfolk, VA., he was the son of the late Manley Davis and Elviri Pantaleone Mosier. Mr. Mosier was retired from Lanier Trucking and a member of Westville Baptist Church. He was a United States Army and Coast Guard veteran. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Alex de Armas; three granddaughters, Katherine, Stephanie and Abigail de Armas; a grandson, Thomas de Armas all of Travelers Rest; and two sisters, Jane Pridgen of Jensen Beach, FL., and Muriel Ford of Norfolk, VA. Memorials may be made to Westville Baptist Church, 27 Arch Street, Greenville, SC 29611. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 18, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Westville Baptist Church, with visitation to follow. Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
