Thomas James Pratt, Jr

Thomas James Pratt, Jr., 72, of 103 Old Trail Road, husband of Anita Fillippeli Pratt, died Thursday, October 16, 2008 at his residence. Born in Martinsville, VA, he was a son of the late Thomas James Pratt Sr. and Ocie Cooper Pratt. He was a retired textile dye salesman and was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. He was also a veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Mack Casey of Mauldin; two sons, Bo Pratt of Greenville, Mickey Pratt of Simpsonville; a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Tony Stegall of Martinsville, VA; a brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Ruby Pratt of Martinsville, VA; and seven grandchildren, Shandi, Brad, Landon, Berkley, T.J., Ellison and Briggs. Memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 430 Roper Mountain Road, Suite E, Greenville, SC 29615. The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 19, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Visitation will be held prior from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of his daughter, Kristi Casey, 106 Peach Grove Place, Mauldin.
