Thomas Watson Parham

Thomas Watson Tom Parham, 86, of 302 S. Washington Ave. died Friday at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. Born in Elberton, GA, he was a son of the late Powell Parham and Ina Parham Buffington. Mr. Parham was a highly honored WWII Army veteran and a member of Oak Crest Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Lenora ?Link? Parham of the home, two daughters, Joyce P. Fred Rimer of Townville, and Phyllis P. Bill Kay of Easley; a son, Phil Parham of Greenville; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest, Berea. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
