Timothy Darrell Smith, 45, of 111 Riverview Drive, died Saturday, September 8, 2007. Born in Greenville, he was a son of Leon Smith of Greenville and Faye Cashion Robinson of Simpsonville. Mr. Smith was employed with Cherokee Kenworth Inc. and attended Marathon Community Church. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Melissa Wilbanks Smith, of the home; two daughters, Lauren Miranda Smith and Katlin Renee Smith, both of Greenville; a sister, Tammy Wilcox and husband Richard, of Simpsonville; a brother, Chris Smith and wife Mimi, of Greenville; a special angel, Nancy Quarles, of Greenville; a brother-in-law, Tommy Wilbanks, of Pickens; two nephews and six nieces. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 7:00 ? 8:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Robinson Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Marathon Community Church, c/o Children?s Ministry, 315 Roe Road, Greenville, SC 29611. The family is at the residence.
