Troy Douglas Christensen, 58, of Greenville, SC, passed away, Sunday, March 13, 2022.

Born in Storm Lake, IA, he was the son of Dixie Hare Christensen and the late Paul Christensen.

Troy was a man that enjoyed his time riding Harleys, it wasn’t just a hobby, but a passion. For him, it was a way of life; highways and byways were sacred places filled with friends that were like family. He was the life of any party, and always ready to enjoy Yuengling in a warm glass and Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch. He was loved by many and his presence will be missed but his legacy will be carried on by all that knew and loved him.

In addition to his loving mother, he is survived by daughter, Logan Christensen; son, Andrew Christensen; brothers, Todd Christensen (Kim) and Corey Christensen (Adrian); sister, Kelly Schwartz (Barry); several nieces and nephews; and his beloved fur baby, Sasha.

A celebration of life to honor Troy will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022. Friends will meet at 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Whiskey’s Tavern, 3069 Wade Hampton Blvd.,Taylors, SC, 29687 and then head over to the House Divided, 1659 Woodruff Road, Greenville SC 29607. For those riding, we will have a short ride in between establishments.
