William Albert Howard

William Albert Uncle Albert Howard, 85, of 730 South Line Street, died Saturday, January 12, 2008. Born in Orange County, NC, Mr. Howard was the widower of Thelma Sparrow Howard and the son of the late Jessie and Maggie Brockwell Howard. Mr. Howard was a supervisor with Triangle Brick Company and a member of Northside United Methodist Church. He was a member of the North Carolina State Firemen's Association and was a very proud Volunteer Fireman with the Carrboro Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his brother, J.T. Howard and was the last surviving member of his immediate family. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Northside United Methodist Church with visitation following the service at the church. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Westwood Cemetery, Carrboro, NC.
