I absolutely loved Mr. Bill. I got to know him the last few years he lived in Greenville and heard his stories, endured his funny times, listened as he talked about his sweet wife and generally tried to keep him out of trouble.
He was so friendly, funny and thoughtful.
I'm glad he was able to spend his last few years near his daughter and grands. He would light up talking about them and was so proud of them all.
My parents and his wife greeted him in heaven and I am sure the jokes and party has been underway ever since.
He was an absolute treasure of a friend!

Bill was a hard working,thrifty,funny guy who loved to golf. He was hilarious even though that humor was caustic at times. He loved his family with all his heart. We had so many wonderful times together that took us from the mountains of Virginia to Myrtle Beach, Alaska, Las Vegas, California, and Denver. Times that we treasure with Bill and all the family.He was a great guy and will be sorely missed even as he remains in our hearts forever.
