William Griffith

March 24, 1953 - October 26, 2007
William Arthur Griffith, 54, of 4 Whitehurst Way, Simpsonville, husband of Lisa Griffith went to be with the Lord on October 26, 2007. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Arthur E. and Helen Wiley Griffith. Mr. Griffith was a graduate of Lander College and member of First Baptist Church Simpsonville. Mr. Griffith was a sales representative with Kraft/Nabisco for 31 years. Surviving in addition to his wife are one daughter, Ashley Griffith of Simpsonville; and three sons, W. Jason Griffith and wife Shannon of Greenville, Ryan Griffith of Charleston and Michael Griffith of Simpsonville. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church Simpsonville with visitation prior from 2:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. Interment to follow in Graceland East Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church Simpsonville, 106 Church Street, Simpsonville, S.C. 29681 . – Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
