William Tennent Hunt

William Tennent Powers Hunt, 51, of 105 W. Avondale Road, husband of Juli Francis Hunt, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Greenville, he was the son of Eva Powers Hunt and the late Roy Franklin Hunt, Jr. Mr. Hunt was a self employed Stock Broker with Hunt Investments, LLC. and formerly worked with J.C. Bradford and Company. He attended Buncombe Street United Methodist Church and St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a son, William Tennent Powers Hunt, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Marlee Elizabeth Hunt and Kara Francis Hunt both of the home; a sister, Marian Herndon Hunt of Greenville; and a brother, Roy Franklin Hunt, III of Greenville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary?s Catholic School, 111 Hampton Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601, Buncombe Street United Methodist Church, 200 Buncombe Street, Greenville, SC 29601, or to United Ministries, 600 Pendleton Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 13, 2006 from 7:00 until 8:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 14, 2006 at 11:00 am at Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will be at 118 Rockingham Road, Greenville.
