Our family enjoyed the privilege of having Wilma in our lives as she spent many years caring for my grandmother and grandfather in their later years. Her passing is sad for us here, but as is so eloquently described in the obituary above, she now happy and right where she belongs; among the angels. As I think over the past nine years of being pastor of the Tremont Church of God, my mind continues to remember so many wonderful people who have now gone home to be with the Lord -- just unbelievable! However, for each of us who are Christians, this is what we live for. It's just so hard for them not to have them with us. Yet, one day, we will see them again. He has given us this promise!
Wilma Strange was such a sweet woman of God. FAITHFUL, DEVOTED, COMMITTED, LOYAL, A SERVANT TO OTHERS, KIND, CONSIDERATE, FUN-LOVING, DETERMINED, AND READY -- to meet Jesus! She will be missed by this pastor. We had a special relationship. Every time I saw her, she encouraged me. Every time I was around her, she blessed me. And she never forgot to ever say, "I love you!" I loved her too! Missed now, united in Christ soon!

Wilma was my precious friend. It was my honor and pleasure to be her Sunday School teacher. She loved her Lord and family. Her lovely heart and beautiful smile made her a very special person who will be missed. I rejoice in knowing that she is with Jesus and this is not the end. My prayers are with Wilma’s family, who took such care of her. Rest easy, my friend, we will meet again. Hallelujah
